Rates and booking

Physical therapy sessions are $100 per one hour, one on one session. I am an out of network provider with insurance companies, and I will be happy to assist you with the necessary codes/forms for you to submit to your insurance plan.

Most insurance plans require a doctor’s prescription for insurance coverage of physical therapy visits.

Please contact me in order to set up an initial evaluation. At the initial session, please bring your instrument – pianists, let me know and I will reserve a space with a keyboard or piano.
